The FlexoSun 165W Portable Solar Panel is the entry point into Flexopower’s TOPCon solar range – built on Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact cell technology for higher efficiency, better low-light performance, and a lower temperature coefficient than conventional PERC or shingled panels. It delivers 165W of field-proven output using 182.5 × 182.5mm TOPCon shingled cells, combining high-efficiency architecture with shingled-cell shade resilience.
Fully IP67 rated, the panel is dustproof and waterproof to 1 metre submersion for 30 minutes – built to handle rain, dust, and river crossings without hesitation. Its compact tri-fold design packs down to 600 × 610 × 45mm, small enough to fit behind a seat or in a drawer system, while deploying to cover roughly half a vehicle bonnet. Collapsible aluminium legs let you angle the panel at 45° for better harvest during winter or low sun.
Connection is simple: plug straight into a compatible power station via a FlexoLink extension cable, with no separate charge controller required, or wire into a solar charge controller for a conventional fixed battery setup. The genuine Anderson SB50 50A connector with 4mm² lead wire is built for reliable, high-current transfer in the field.
