The Toyota RAV4 Roof Rack is built for the Toyota RAV4 (5th Gen, 2019-2025), this modular roof rack is CNC-bent and laser-cut from 3CR12 stainless steel, then finished in black Ferrograin powder coat. No drilling required - mounts via roof liner removal for a factory-look fit. Static load rating of 270 kg and dynamic load rating of 150 kg mean it's built to carry, not just look the part.

The Toyota RAV4 Roof Rack is purpose-engineered for the 5th generation Toyota RAV4 (2019-2025), giving you a stainless-steel platform that turns your SUV into a genuine load carrier - without compromising the roofline or drilling a single hole into your vehicle. Material & Manufacturing Constructed from 3CR12 stainless steel, CNC-bent and laser-cut for precision fitment and long-term corrosion resistance. Every panel is finished in a black Ferrograin powder coating - tough enough to shrug off UV, scratches, and the South African climate, from Cape Town salt air to Karoo dust. Fitment No drilling required. The rack mounts using your RAV4's existing roof liner mounting points, meaning full removal and reinstallation of the roof liner during fitment - no factory panels compromised, no warranty concerns. Warranty
Lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of the rack, valid for the original purchaser. Powder coating carries a 1-year warranty.
Register the rack within 30 days to activate lifetime cover. Normal wear, misuse, modifications and incorrect fitment are excluded.

Shipping & delivery
Stock items dispatch in 2–5 business days; made-to-order items take about 7–10. Delivery is within South Africa, 1–5 business days after dispatch. Costs are calculated at checkout and tracking arrives by email.
Returns
Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order and vehicle-specific products cannot be returned unless defective.
