Constructed from high‑grade 3CR12 stainless steel, the rack is CNC‑bent and laser‑cut for precise fitment, structural rigidity, and long‑term corrosion resistance. This manufacturing process ensures the platform performs consistently when carrying rooftop tents, storage systems, recovery gear, and expedition equipment. Installation is fully bolt‑on with no drilling required, utilising factory mounting points for a secure and integrated fitment. Roof liner removal is required to ensure proper anchoring and long‑term reliability while maintaining the vehicle’s structural integrity. With a 270 kg static load rating and a 170 kg dynamic load rating, the rack is designed to handle real terrain rather than governed test conditions. Measuring 219 × 35 × 20 cm and weighing 33 kg, it provides an optimal balance between strength, load capacity, and vehicle handling. The black Ferograin powder coating delivers a durable, textured finish that resists abrasion, UV exposure, and harsh environmental conditions. Register the rack within 30 days to activate lifetime cover. Normal wear, misuse, modifications and incorrect fitment are excluded.

Shipping & delivery

Returns
Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order and vehicle-specific products cannot be returned unless defective.
