The detail
Proven for real terrain, not brochure claims.
The Ford Ranger T9 DC Roof Rack is a purpose‑built load platform designed for demanding overland, work, and expedition use. Engineered to integrate cleanly with the T9 body, the rack maintains a low‑profile stance while delivering serious strength and modular capability.
Manufactured from high‑grade 3CR12 stainless steel, each rack is CNC‑bent and laser‑cut to ensure structural accuracy, rigidity, and long‑term corrosion resistance. This construction allows the platform to handle heavy accessories, rooftop tents, and storage systems without flex or compromise.
Installation is fully bolt‑on with no drilling required. Fitment uses factory mounting points, with roof liner removal necessary to ensure secure anchoring while preserving the vehicle’s structural integrity. Once installed, the rack becomes a permanent, confidence‑inspiring extension of the vehicle.
With a static load rating of 270 kg and a dynamic load rating of 150 kg, this roof rack is tested for real terrain rather than brochure numbers. The black Ferrograin powder coating provides a tough, textured finish that resists scratches, UV exposure, and harsh environmental conditions.
Built for adaptability, strength, and longevity, this rack forms the foundation of a modular roof system designed to evolve with your build. Tested by terrain and engineered for explorers who expect their gear to work as hard as they do.
