Manufactured from high‑grade 3CR12 stainless steel, the rack is CNC‑bent and laser‑cut to ensure precise fitment, structural rigidity, and long‑term corrosion resistance. This engineering‑led construction provides reliable performance when carrying tools, rooftop gear, and expedition equipment in demanding environments. Installation is fully bolt‑on with drilling required, utilising reinforced mounting points for a secure and permanent fitment. Roof liner removal is necessary to ensure correct anchoring and long‑term structural integrity, resulting in a stable platform built to handle sustained load and harsh terrain. With a 270 kg static load rating and a 150 kg dynamic load rating, the rack is designed for real‑world conditions rather than theoretical limits. Measuring 133 × 35 × 20 cm and weighing 23 kg, it offers a balanced combination of strength, compact footprint, and minimal impact on vehicle handling. The black Ferrograin powder coating provides a durable, textured finish that resists abrasion, UV exposure, and environmental wear. Shipping & delivery

Returns
Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order and vehicle-specific products cannot be returned unless defective.
