Manufactured from high‑grade 3CR12 stainless steel, the rack is CNC‑bent and laser‑cut to ensure structural accuracy, rigidity, and long‑term corrosion resistance. This precision‑engineered construction enables the rack to support rooftop accessories, storage systems, and expedition equipment with confidence. Installation is fully bolt‑on with no drilling required, using factory mounting points to achieve a secure and integrated fitment. Roof liner removal is required to ensure proper anchoring and long‑term reliability while preserving the vehicle’s structural integrity. With a 270 kg static load rating and a 150 kg dynamic load rating, the rack is designed to perform on real terrain rather than theoretical limits. Measuring 162 × 35 × 20 cm and weighing 26 kg, it offers an efficient balance between strength, load capacity, and vehicle handling. The black Ferrograin powder coating delivers a durable, textured finish that resists abrasion, UV exposure, and harsh environmental conditions. Shipping & delivery
Stock items dispatch in 2–5 business days; made-to-order items take about 7–10. Delivery is within South Africa, 1–5 business days after dispatch. Costs are calculated at checkout and tracking arrives by email.
Returns
Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order and vehicle-specific products cannot be returned unless defective.
